CAREMA Healthcare operates from Junagadh, Gujarat, India and provides product dispatch services across India.

2. Orders & Payment Policy (Prepaid Only)

To ensure genuine order fulfillment and priority logistics handling, we enforce a strict 100% Prepaid Policy.

Any unpaid or incomplete payment attempts will result in the order not being registered or dispatched.

3. All-India Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch all verified orders from our distribution facility in Junagadh, Gujarat to postal codes across all states and union territories in India.

• Processing Time: Orders are verified and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
• Estimated Delivery: Typically 3 to 7 business days depending on the customer's state and regional courier accessibility.
• Tracking: A direct courier tracking link will be provided once your consignment is handed over to our logistics partner.

4. Product Sizing & Specifications

Our flagship CAREMA Orthopedic Back Support Belt is available in three distinct sizes:

• Large / XL (L)

Customers are requested to refer to our size guide chart and measure their waist circumference accurately before confirming their purchase to ensure optimum spine support.

5. Replacements & Damaged Goods

Due to hygiene and medical-grade standards for orthopedic support wear and mattresses:

• If an item is received in a damaged condition or with a manufacturing defect, please notify our customer support within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic/unboxing proof.
• In case of a size mismatch for unused belts (with original tags intact), replacement requests can be accommodated per our exchange protocol.
